skinning the right click on a WB / help in uploading skin

two things i need help with
1. when i want to upload a skin, i search for the .wba, click it, but there is an error in the uploading prosess, something like wrong file. any ideas?
2. how do I skin the right click in a window blinds? not in RIGHT CLICK studio program thingy, but in the WB skin?

alright, thanks. but, how do you get a UIS2 to look like a UIS. i use UIS2 and i dont have the menu bg or tabs, and when i have to make a startbar button, it looks bad. how do i get that?

Sloooow down. 1 question at a time will help to not confuse the crap out of you.
UIS1 and UIS 2 should not make any difference. Ignore UIS 1 all together.
The menu background for Per pixel window frames does not skin. It is only a color setting in Classic colors. Menu background.
Internet Explorer tabs do not skin in XP. Vista only. The default blue is all you get.
Check you margins on the start button. It sounds like it is stretching.

thanks, but by tabs i meant like in the screenshot Quentin94 gave me.
in UIS (not 1 or 2), which i used to use, i always tried to skin the startbutton, but it always gave me a bad looking default button look (get that) thats what i meant
